Exploring anomalous strains and fragmented genres of electronic music.

Noods Radio monthly w/ ACID TEST, Melodic Distraction monthly w/ Lucid States and co-founder of Birmingham based events Voyage and Freedom of Movement. A passionate record collector and event curator, Trieste has carved a unique sound to inspire both introspection and dance. Harnessing acid lines, complex percussion, ambient-drone soundscapes, psychedelic frequencies, euphoric breaks and much more to tell tales of the surreal.

As 2019’s Pirate Prodigy DJ winner Trieste has continued to gain momentum, billed to support the likes of Young Marco, HAAi, Daniel Avery, Bonobo, Craigie Knowes, Mala and more – another nod to his eclectic mixing style and flexible approach to genre. Further appearances at Rye Wax, Boomtown, Reading Festival, Red Light Radio and No Bounds also encouraging signs of a growing reach.

In Birmingham, with residencies at Digbeth Dining Club, Hare & Hounds and his own Voyage Events brand, his distinct taste is already making an impact on the local scene. A reputation grounded further still through a number of ongoing music projects and event collaborations…

Trieste is back inside – very much inside – broadcasting from his living room during quarantine.
